Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unopened, unused items in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom products, opened/used products, seasonal and sale products are not eligible for returns.

3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [7] days with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Online Orders: Items purchased online can be returned by mail (at buyers cost) or at our store with proof of purchase.

• In-Store Purchases: Items purchased in-store must be returned to the physical store location.
